FAKTOR 3 AG is an owner-managed agency with 170 staff. As a communications agency we are specialized in public relations and advertising as well as sales promotion activities based on cooperation with key partners. Our journey began back in 1995 with three young entrepreneurs hungry for success and just one project. Since then the agency has continually grown: new clients, new staff and new tasks. Today FAKTOR 3 is one of the top 25 PR agencies in Germany.

We feel their demands and adapt quickly as the market changes: staying one step ahead. WANDSBEK - THE REAL WORLD. We deliberately choose not to work in a flashy glass palace with a marble floor in the city center. This would contradict our sense of efficiency. We work on two floors of an old leather factory in Hamburg's more down-to-earth Wandsbek district. Here you just can’t ignore real life. The big advantage is that you keep both feet firmly on the ground. And stocking up on reality is the perfect recipe for ideas that work in the real world. We also let our imaginations run wild, of course – this is ultimately good for our creative workflow, too. Our garden with its unusual fireplace pavilion is open all year and is a source of inspiration to all our staff.
