FAKTOR 3 AG is an owner-managed agency with 170 staff. As a communications agency we are specialized in public relations and advertising as well as sales promotion activities based on cooperation with key partners. Our journey began back in 1995 with three young entrepreneurs hungry for success and just one project. Since then the agency has continually grown: new clients, new staff and new tasks. Today FAKTOR 3 is one of the top 25 PR agencies in Germany.

CLOSER TO THE CLIENT. As an owner-managed agency, we are free from the organizational constraints of large networks and really are closer to our clients. We feel their demands and adapt quickly as the market changes: staying one step ahead. That's why even in difficult times we invest in expertise, preferring to hire an experienced communications manager, than create armies of foot-soldiers. We value bright, quick-thinking staff who have a real say in how we work. An in-depth familiarization of the industry of each client is the basis for all communication work by FAKTOR 3. For us, core components of our daily business are powerful conceptual ability, specialist knowledge and last but not least an insatiable personal curiosity. That's why our clients appreciate us as trusted advisors and critical sparring partners - with a highly differentiated strategic mindset and a purposeful hands-on approach.

WANDSBEK - THE REAL WORLD. We deliberately choose not to work in a flashy glass palace with a marble floor in the city center. This would contradict our sense of efficiency. We work on two floors of an old leather factory in Hamburg's more down-to-earth Wandsbek district. Here you just can’t ignore real life. The big advantage is that you keep both feet firmly on the ground. And stocking up on reality is the perfect recipe for ideas that work in the real world. We also let our imaginations run wild, of course – this is ultimately good for our creative workflow, too. Our garden with its unusual fireplace pavilion is open all year and is a source of inspiration to all our staff.
