Who is New Heights? On paper, we’re a woman-owned, mission-driven strategy and communications firm, based in Washington, DC with team members across the country. In practice, we are a team that has intentionally built a workplace where our expertise is stronger because our people bring their multifaceted identities to work. Half of us are women of color, many of us are moms (some human-moms, some dog/cat/gecko-moms), and 100% of us are book nerds.
Founded in 2010, we combine sharp, evidence-based strategy with the empathy and authenticity that grows from an inclusive culture – and a peerless ability to generate impactful results.
