 Jim Heininger has been safeguarding and enhancing some of the most respected brands for 30 years. He is a growth communications expert who utilizes brand, strategic communciations and change management expertise to drive business value. He has experience across multiple industries: CPG, food/beverage, retail, healthcare, hospitality, technology, transportaiton, insurance, professional and financial services.

He previously held leadership positions at the Chicago offices of Ogilvy, Porter Novelli and Ketchum and served as a senior communications advisor to McDonald's Corporation. He established Dixon|James Communications in 2010.

Jim is best known for his work with McDonald's (managing through consumer issues negatively affecting its corporate reputation), P&G, Wendy's (establishing Founder Dave Thomas as a cultural icon and patron saint of adoption), Miller Brewing Company, Lions Clubs International (global branding campaign on Lions' efforts to conquer blindness) and many successful change initiatives for McDonald's, BMO Harris and others.

Jim is a rebranding evangelist and has led multiple businessess through this strategic business transformation.
