About company

David Tager founded Tager&Co. in 2009 with a group of colleagues to address a key obstacle holding back organizations from achieving the next level of growth. After 25 years of experience as a communications strategist and most recently as co-head of the global Financial Communications practice at FleishmanHillard, Tager and his team developed a better way for connecting an organization’s true value to spur growth.

Many clients enlist us for our thinking — to work with their teams to determine their strategic positioning. They choose Tager&Co. over traditional strategy and marketing communications firms because of our reputation for tightly aligned execution.

We translate strategy into precision communications. We brand the target, and identify and promote the issues that drive the desired transactional behaviors. We don’t push things out — we connect.

Traditional providers often default to inefficient “carpet bombing” visibility tactics — advertising, PR and social media — that have little, if any, business impact. They measure their value by the things they do.

In contrast, Tager&Co. applies a precise, “laser-guided” approach to connect with the ideal targets — what we call the client’s aspirational sweet spot. We measure our value by what our clients achieve.

Clients report that they’ve never experienced another resource with the people and approach to deliver what we do.

At Tager&Co., we carefully assemble each engagement team based solely on what the client needs. Nothing more, nothing less. Our teams include best-in-class, best-in-market talent from an extensive global network to fulfill clients’ ultimate objectives. Our business model and one P&L structure guarantees that our interests and our client’s interests are completely aligned.
