He has helped shape iconic brand transformations and delivered crisis-driven programs for clients including Allstate, Cutwater Asset Management, Danka Business Systems, IBM Services, InfuSystem, Johns Manville, Lincoln Educational Services, and The Medicines Company.
He also co-founded brand consultancy S2 Communications, which developed unique qualitative research techniques to assess the strength of product and corporate brands in commercial and financial markets. S2 played a prominent role in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ groundbreaking “New Realities” response to the Enron/Arthur Andersen accounting industry crisis.
