ASATSU INC., the predecessor of ADK, was formed in 1956 with just four people. It has been a half century since, now it has held the third position in the domestic advertising industry. The concept of a frontier spirit, breaking free from preconceived ideas, and the philosophy of “management by all” has been the key drivers for its growth. Bearing “management by all” in mind, every single employee thinks by themselves, takes actions and creates new values from the management’s viewpoint. This philosophy still resides within us.
