DQ® restaurants have been providing sweet treats and positive memories to fans around the world for more than 80 years. International Dairy Queen (IDQ) saw an opportunity to evolve its values to enrich its culture and support its growth objectives.<\/p>\r\n

IDQ partnered with Beehive to refresh, launch and activate global corporate values to reflect where the business is today and where it aspires to go in the future.<\/p>\r\n

  • Gathered input from nearly 100 global senior leaders and employees to modernize, streamline and evolve global values and related behaviors.<\/li>\r\n
  • Equipped leaders to engage teams in values conversations, communicate consistently and model desired behaviors.<\/li>\r\n
  • Developed a year-long communication framework and activation plan to keep values top of mind for employees and people leaders.<\/li>\r\n
  • Introduced and integrated refreshed values into the culture across a variety of owned channels to engage employees and encourage understanding and ownership.<\/li>\r\n
  • Created proactive, interactive communication channels to recognize, reward and reinforce examples of values in action.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
