When it comes to raising consumer brand awareness, many marketers look to a highly-influential group of “mom bloggers” to help spread the word about their companies’ products and services. Although Walmart is one of the largest brands in the world, it’s eCommerce arm had been unsuccessful in developing a deep, lasting relationship with this core audience. 25 of the country’s most influential mom bloggers were brought together for a day-long, hands-on Walmart experience at the company’s California headquarters. The bloggers interacted with company executives in an engaging, open format and were educated on Walmart’s innovative new services and product offerings.
