{"modal":{"name":"case-modal","html":"<div class=\"ui-modal\" data-remodal-id=\"case-modal\">\n\t\t<h2 class=\"ui-page-title small\">Global Response Management Case Study<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"static-page\">\n\t\t<div class=\"ui-editor-content\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-response.org\/\">Global Response Management (GRM)<\/a> is an NGO that works in austerity environments including Syria, the Northern Triangle, Mexico, and Sierra Leone.&nbsp; Its mission is to provide emergency pre-hospital care and training to those living in, or displaced from conflict zones with a focus on underserved populations.<\/p>\r\n<p>L-12 Services provided standardization in reporting processes, leadership training, facilitated onboarding for a new Executive Director, produced workflow mapping, and redesigned the Volunteer Management department.&nbsp; During the six-month contract,&nbsp;GRM&nbsp;was able to retain and reengaged 72% of the staff by implementing organization-wide programs including training, workflow mapping, strategic planning, and regularly scheduled 1x1 check-ins.&nbsp; <br \/><br \/>Outcomes include significantly higher employee satisfaction, increased fundraising, job clarity, and standardization policies which decreased the duration of both project assessment and set-up.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>"}}
