It&rsquo;s an annual celebration of civic pride down Seventh Avenue in Ybor City, Tampa&rsquo;s National Landmark Historic District. The parade is attended by more than 100,000 people. &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Assignment <br \/><\/strong>- Strengthen the Knight Parade&rsquo;s name recognition. <br \/>- Increase awareness of the parade as a safe, family-friendly event. &nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Strategy<\/strong>&nbsp;<br \/>- Use news media coverage both before and during the event to raise awareness and gain positive coverage.<br \/>- Grow the Knight Parade&rsquo;s social media presence leading up to the parade. &nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Results<\/strong> <br \/>- Earned 279 placements in local media for the 2017 parade. <br \/>- In addition to media relations, B2 helped manage the Facebook and Twitter accounts for the Knight Parade. - With engaging posts and targeted ad spending, page likes increased 19% in the four months prior to the 2017 parade. Hundreds of thousands were reached through social media posts.<br \/>- Established a Snapchat account for the 2017 parade and created a branded geofilter for use during the event, which received more than 50,000 views and 1,000 uses during the one-night event.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>"}}
